This nation’s food culture, as well as Vietnam’s spices have and will continue to become a part of the world food culture on the journey to global cooperation and culture sharing between countries. As such, within the span of Vietnam Foodexpo, the Saigon International Cooking Contest is a featured event.
Saigon International Cooking Contest not only allows visitors to explore uncover delectable dishes, both domestic and foreign, all made with fine local ingredients, it is an additional effective channel for the exhibitors to expose the Vietnamese food consumers to their products and brands.
